Client Relations and Operations Assistants | Claremont, WA
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to our creative director by organising and overseeing progress on delegated tasks throughout the team
- Develop strategies to ensure continued improvement of customer experience through correspondence, packaging development and loyalty activations
- Ensure incoming stock and design samples are organised and aligned with brand standards
- Fulfil incoming orders
- Respond to and resolve customer service enquiries via email, inclusive of facilitating exchanges and returns
This position will initially offer 12-20 hours per week as a casual role. If desired, there is opportunity to extend these hours for the right candidate.
