EISHA's pieces are made to be loved across seasons by people who curate their wardrobes sustainably. We would love for you to purchase from us mindfully and to be in touch with our customer care team prior to purchasing, should you have any queries. With this, we can assist you in finding the perfect pieces for your wardrobe.
If an EISHA piece is not the right fit for you, we are able to organise an exchange or a store credit to the full amount of your purchase less postage costs. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purposes.
For hygiene purposes, our SWIM Collection Bikini Bottoms cannot be exchanged.
The piece/s returned must be in their original condition with all tags attached. We ask you to please be careful when trying on our garments as we can not accept pieces that appear to be washed, have tan/makeup stains or odours. The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we cannot guarantee that changes/cancellations can be made to current orders prior to them being fulfilled.
Our EISHA Care policy applies only to individual clients of EISHA. As a small label, we are unable to assist with the care of our garments which are found to have been hired externally.
